In ARSLAN MAKINA DOKUM TICARET, the concept of QUALITY has an important role at all stages of production. Great importance is paid to the relationship of regular controls in production with Quality. Controls and activities supporting the concept of continuous QUALITY are performed within the body of the firm with extreme care. SPC (Statistical Process Control) is applied at every stage of production and possible faults are determined and it is provided that they don't affect the next steps.
Furthermore, PPAP and FMEA applications can be made. In addition, our firm is in cooperation with KOSGEB about quality control. In our firm, Quality control starts with the analysis of the raw material used and is applied until the last process with extreme care.
Aluminium endurance and stretching resistance tests can be named
as examples of the tests performed by KOSGEB.
ARSLAN MAKINA DOKUM TICARET started quality studies in 2002 and was certified by AQA in 2003.
